I was recently invited to be a guest on the Wisdom for Working Mums podcast and had a great time chatting with host Nicky Lowe. We recorded an episode entitled ‘How To Make Flexible Working Work‘, in which Nicky and I discussed the external and internal barriers to requesting flexible work arrangements and how to make flexibility work for you and your lifestyle.
I tell my own story, of requesting and navigating flexible work, and I share how I help my clients to do the same.
I hope it might help any of you who might be considering requesting flexible work, or who are already doing it and may need some guidance on how to work best when adopting a flexible schedule.
